Philipp Rösler becomes advisor of the Zug investment company CV VC

By Editorial Office CVJ.CH on 15. September 2020 News

The Zug-based crypto and blockchain investment company CV VC is once again bringing a well-known personality on board. This time it is the former German politician Philipp Rösler. This is not the first reputable person, who was brought on the board of directors by CV VC.

Philipp Rösler - former Minister of Economics of Germany, Managing Director of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and Head of the Chinese HNA Group - will chair the Advisory Board of CV VC in the future. Rösler is not the only former top politician who is working with CV VC. The board of directors includes former Swiss Federal Councillor and Minister of Economics Johann N. Schneider-Ammann and Anne Berner, former Finnish Minister of Transport and Communications. CV VC is chaired by Alex Wassmer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kibag Holding AG.

Ambassador of the Blockchain Nation Switzerland

Rösler wants to take the investment firm and its approach into the world and anchor the company in Asia. He also sees himself as an ambassador for the "Blockchain Nation Switzerland" and Crypto Valley, which with its regulation, over 900 companies, and 4700 jobs, is one of the most significant blockchain locations in the world. It is planned that the CV VC Advisory Board will include two additional, globally well-connected personalities from the worlds of business and politics.

Also, Rösler has been involved in various companies and start-ups as a multi-board member for one and a half years. Now he has founded his own company, Consessor AG in Zug.
