Swiss venture builder expands its management team

By Editorial Office CVJ.CH on 4. April 2023 News

The European fintech venture builder Cryptix has promoted three senior executives, underlining the maturity of the company since its founding in 2017. The company establishes, supports, and maintains subsidiaries to create the "People's Financial Marketplace."

The former Chief Information Officer (CIO), Armin Reiter, has been appointed the new CEO of the group. Armin Reiter also serves as the Managing Director of the research and development center Cryptix Labs. With his extensive IT background spanning from software development to solution architecture and business management, Armin is committed to providing proven solutions and consultancy for the companies under the umbrella of Cryptix, according to the venture builder. Bernhard Koch, the founder and former managing director, will continue to be strategically involved in the company as Chairman of the Board.

Professional Services from the Crypto Valley

The Cryptix Group is a Web3 venture building house headquartered in the Crypto Valley in Zug, with numerous branches in other countries. The company establishes and supports firms that leverage blockchain and AI technology, decentralization, and decentralized ownership to help the general population. Their vision is to tackle and overcome the challenges of the modern economy, such as inflation, unemployment, and high debt. The in-house research and development center supports these initiatives with studies and technologies related to blockchain and DLT.

According to the founder Bernhard Koch, Cryptix has evolved into a leading provider of professional services over the past six years. Their ventures have been successful, and the mission will not change in the next growth phase. Additionally, it aims to promote financial inclusion through new technologies and innovative solutions. The group will continue to offer business consulting, IT and marketing services, as well as product development. In doing so, the company supports the next generation of early-stage companies and projects.

    Next Growth Phase

This growth phase of the company will involve the establishment of new business areas that incorporate more efficient, automated business processes using artificial intelligence. The venture builder plans to expand its services globally. Armin's extensive experience as a developer and business leader will advance the company in pursuing these goals.

"Over the past few years, Cryptix has nurtured talent within our organization. These efforts are now bearing fruit as experienced employees transition into C-suite level positions. We will continue to leverage the depth and expertise of our team to expand the scope and reach of Cryptix's activities. Our team looks forward to harnessing the potential of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence in both our day-to-day operations and future business endeavors." - Armin Reiter, Cryptix CEO

To complete the Cryptix management team, the former Chief Operating Officer (COO) Anja Frauwallner has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. In this role, Anja will streamline financial management, identify new business opportunities, and steer market movements.

    Cryptix Top Management

Tanja Schär, who has taken over Anja's former position, has been promoted from her previous position as Head of Operations to COO and will focus on overall strategy and development. In addition, Leila Sadok has been appointed Chief Business Officer, while financial market experts Luka Gubo and Luka Praper will lead Equito. The project supports SMEs in scaling their businesses under the Cryptix umbrella.
