After the fully booked CCFE, the first and only Swiss Crypto Finance certification course is going into the next round - 100% online.
Switzerland's first SAQ-recognized Crypto Finance training course "Certified Crypto Finance Expert" was successfully launched in March 2020. With 20 participants from well-known national and international financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Swissquote and Deutsche Bank, the first course was fully booked.
The participants learned about the emerging world of crypto-banking, blockchain, tokenisation, and crypto-assets in a portfolio context from proven experts. Adrian Schatzmann, Strategic Advisor of the Swiss Bankers Association, impressively demonstrated the opportunities and threats for crypto-banking in Switzerland. Tina Balzli, Partner at PwC Legal Switzerland, explained the legal requirements for crypto-banking, and Désirée Müller, CEO of Crypto Consulting AG, showed how crypto-assets must be viewed in a holistic portfolio context. These are just three highlights from the intensive 3-day training program.
Now available online
The offer is now supplemented by an online course. The program remains the same, with adjustments in the learning methodology. Julian Liniger, co-initiator of the CCFE: "With the new Online module can also include participants for whom the classroom training in Zurich and Zug is too cumbersome. Especially in times of corona, home office and remote work, this format is in great demand. The value is great: The participants receive the whole package including SAQ recertification and CCFE diploma for a lower price than the physical implementation".
Rino Borini, also a co-initiator of CCFE and university lecturer, adds: "With CCFE, we offer a unique further education in crypto-banking throughout Switzerland. The two worlds, traditional and crypto-banking, are moving ever closer together, which is why it is essential to have highly trained staff in Swiss Banking. I am particularly pleased that the course is now being held online. At the HWZ, we have had our first positive experiences with distance learning and have put this into practice.
The next courses:
- Distance learning (online): 18 to 20 June
- Classes (Zurich/Zug) in DE: 2 to 4 September
- Classes (Zurich/Zug) in English: 11 to 13 November
